Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights Hotel, Dubai

Upon arrival, the hotel wasn't ready, and there was a bit of a delay, but the room had a good view of the river and airport. The bathrooms were nice, and the housekeeping provided plenty of complimentary water bottles, which I truly appreciated. The bed was excellent, and the wifi worked well, making it a good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The suite we stayed in was very nice, making my family happy, but there were some availability issues with the rooms. The service staff, especially Mr Ali Alhammadi, Mr Igor Chilovsky, and Ms. Meryllin, were fantastic, although they seemed overworked at times. The location was great with spacious rooms and delicious food, but some noise and lack of certain TV channels were a downside. The dining experience had some issues but was definitely worth it for the Executive Lounge. The facilities were satisfactory.
